1. Private Invitation-Only Software

CryptoStrike Advanced is a proprietary software workstation accessible exclusively via single-use invitation codes issued at our sole discretion. Submitting a pre-registration request through the "Be first in line" queue does not guarantee an invitation or create a fiduciary or advisory relationship.

2. Non-Custodial Execution Tool

CryptoStrike Advanced never takes custody of digital assets or fiat currency. All balances remain inside the operator's own Kraken Pro Spot account, and all execution parameters, circuit breakers, and risk caps remain under the operator's direct configuration.

3. Digital Asset Trading Risk Disclosure

Spot digital asset trading involves substantial market volatility and risk of loss. Simulated Monte Carlo trajectories (Time Machine 10k), historical backtests, Shadow Paper metrics, and AI consensus scores are quantitative decision-support tools and do not guarantee future performance.
